Around the World in 6 Fridays – Summer Art Club for ages 5-7 & 8-11
Ready for a creative adventure this summer?
Join Table Top Art as we travel around the world in 6 Fridays, exploring art, culture and creativity from six different countries. Running every Friday from 24th July to 28th August, young artists will discover a new destination each week through exciting hands-on projects inspired by famous artists, traditional crafts and cultural celebrations.
From the colourful world of Frida Kahlo in Mexico to the beautiful gardens of Monet in France, children will experiment with painting, printmaking, sculpture, collage and mixed media while learning about art from around the globe.
Children can attend individual sessions or book the full 6-week programme.

• Individual Session – £20 per child
• Sibling & Friends Session Ticket – £35 for 2 children attending the same session
• Summer Pass – £100 per child (includes all 6 sessions)

🇫🇷 Friday 24th July – France: Monet's Water Lilies
Ages 5–7
Create a collage and painting inspired by Claude Monet's famous masterpiece, Water Lilies.
Ages 8–11
Create a beautiful impressionist painting inspired by Claude Monet's Water Lilies on canvas.
🇪🇬 Friday 31st July – Egypt: Mystery of Ancient Egypt
Ages 5–7
Create a silhouette artwork featuring the Egyptian desert with camels and pyramids at sunset.
Ages 8–11
Design and sculpt an Egyptian cartouche from clay, featuring your name written in hieroglyphics.
🇨🇳 Friday 7th August – China: Chinese Lantern Festival
Ages 5–7
Create a colourful wax-resist lantern painting inspired by traditional Chinese lantern festivals.
Ages 8–11
Design and construct your own decorative Chinese lantern.
🇲🇽 Friday 14th August – Mexico: Mexico Magic
Ages 5–7
Create a colourful Mexican-inspired mirror using patterns and decorative designs.
Ages 8–11
Draw and paint a Frida Kahlo-inspired portrait on canvas.
🇮🇳 Friday 21st August – India: Indian Mandalas
Ages 5–7
Design a vibrant mandala using foam printing shapes and colourful patterns.
Ages 8–11
Create detailed mandala artwork using drawing and colouring techniques inspired by Indian art.
🇺🇸 Friday 28th August – USA: Andy Warhol Pop Art Prints
Ages 5–7
Create a four-colour pop art print using polystyrene printing techniques inspired by Andy Warhol.
Ages 8–11
Create a four-colour lino print inspired by Andy Warhol's iconic screen prints and pop art style.
